About Us

Safe Newsletters is an Australian group located in Brisbane Queensland.  We began operation in January 2009 as a subsidiary group of Student Data Systems PTY LTD.  Student Data Systems has provided student performance tracking software since 2006 to enable teachers to target student areas of need.

Safe Newsletters provides Australian Schools with a facility to send email reminders to its subscriber list and forward subscribers back to their respective websites for updates and key messages.  The regular traffic back to your website reinforces your key messages across the school community.

Our method of distribution is extremely effective as the reminder emails are simply a few lines of text and your hyperlink.  Because of this, the reminder emails are very small which allows very fast distribution. They to do not contain images which some email clients such as MS Outlook often block as a security measure.  As a result, email reminders are more likely to be delivered effectively and efficiently.
